We are recruiting up to three trustees to join our board

Voluntary, with expenses reimbursed

There are many organisations working to fight hunger and poverty around the world. RESULTS' particular focus is unique: our mission is to work with others to create the public and political will to end poverty, by enabling people to exercise their personal and political power for change.

We are seeking up to three trustees to join our board who want to work with us to do what we can to end poverty. Trustees are responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of RESULTS, managing risks and ensuring operational best practice, and managing risks. We are keen to ensure our team of trustees is as diverse as possible and comes from a variety of circumstances, not just the development and charity sectors. This is a voluntary position for a term of three years.

We are particularly interested in applicants who have one or more of the following skills and capabilities: fundraising; human resources; media and communications; networks; personal or professional experience of the challenges faced by people in low and middle-income countries.

For information about RESULTS and the role please see the full job description attached.

Please apply by sending a CV and cover letter outlining why you are interested in the trustee role and what skills and qualities you would bring to the board. Each document should be no more than 2 pages and sent to board@results.org.uk

The deadline for applications is midday of January 25th. Interviews will take place in the week commencing February 8th 2021.
