Caroline joined TB Europe Coalitio (TBEC) in 2020, and prior to this she worked for local government, national and international organisations during and after the civil war in Northern Uganda. Whilst with local government in the Department of Probation and Social Welfare, Caroline was involved in supervision and advocacy work and liaising with other stakeholders within the district. She has also worked for Save the Children, Makerere University and International Criminal Court with emphasis on area of advocacy, child protection, research and translation. More recently she has worked with Bright Future, Octavia Housing and African Women Lawyers’ Association UK. Caroline has master’s degree in International Law and BA in Social Work and Social Administration. Her career reflects a passion for human rights, advocacy, humanitarian and international development.
