Kelly has worked in Human Resources for over 18 years, both in the UK and internationally, and across a variety of sectors. She is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and has a master’s degree in Human Resources. Kelly has a broad generalist background with experience in UK and international employment law, contracts and company documentation, policies and procedures, recruitment advice and support and working on HR related projects and initiatives. She has a proven track record of supporting businesses to achieve progress towards equality and diversity. In her spare time, Kelly likes to travel and learn about other cultures.
