For us, the building blocks of the end of poverty can be most simply articulated as health, education, and economic opportunities. These are the things that all people, wherever they live, need and have a right to.
When we suffer from disease and ill health it hampers our ability to learn, develop, and to care for our loved ones. Without an education, we struggle to unlock life’s opportunities and fight for our rights. And when we don’t have access to the economic opportunities unlocked by decent work or financial services like a bank account or insurance, it becomes much harder to build a sustainable future.
Find out more about what we work on
Health – your health shouldn’t depend on where you are born.
Education – education is a right, not a privilege, and is central to ending poverty.
Economic Opportunity – access to decent work and financial services can transform the lives of people on low or erratic incomes.
